1. About ADSL Care

ADSL Care is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider operating in West Sussex, England. We provide personal care, rehabilitation support, household management, medication management, and related home care services to adults in need of support.

2. Services

Our services include domiciliary care visits, live-in care, personal care, household support, medication management, rehabilitation assistance, and companionship. All services are delivered under a personalised care plan agreed with the client and reviewed regularly.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over. Where an individual is unable to consent, care arrangements may be made by a legal representative or guardian. Clients or their representatives must provide accurate personal and health information to enable safe and appropriate care.

4. Care Assessments and Plans

Before care begins, we conduct a comprehensive needs assessment to understand your requirements, preferences, and health. A care plan is developed based on this assessment and agreed with you. Care plans are reviewed regularly and updated as your needs change.

5. Your Responsibilities

To receive our services safely and effectively, clients and their representatives agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and health information
  • Inform us promptly of any significant changes in health or circumstances
  • Treat ADSL Care staff with courtesy and respect
  • Ensure the home environment is safe for caregivers to work in
  • Provide reasonable notice of any cancellations or changes to care visits

6. Caregiver Standards

All ADSL Care caregivers are DBS-checked, trained, and supervised to deliver care to the standards required by the Care Quality Commission. They are bound by our code of conduct, which requires confidentiality, professionalism, dignity, and safeguarding compliance at all times.

7. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected] or 01798 667012. We have a formal complaints procedure and will respond promptly and fairly.
